Business Challenges

• Growth through Acquisitions – Aggressive growth through acquisitions resulted in a large number of systems and people contributing to operational cost and complexity
• Fragmented Systems with Limited Visibility – Existing financial & HCM systems were highly fragmented with over 15 tools used across their 29 entities. This fragmentation also drove highly customized back-office processes and limited visibility across divisions or entities
• Back-office Costs & Analytics – Leadership was tasked with a transformation initiative to reduce back-office cost while enabling analytics. The belief was developing a platform for back-office shared services would enable growth and efficiency across the business while simplification of the tools would also drive lower costs
