In my role as Senior Vice President at Peloton, I am able to do what I am most passionate about – identifying and leading exciting new initiatives that help our clients maximize their potential. I am fortunate to work with an incredible group of talented people to drive our growth strategy, including our Go-to-Market activities, Managed Services business, and new programs such as Cloud Services. I also work closely with clients on advanced analytics and planning projects, and see the results of our collaborative work and innovative solutions first hand.

Managing a business is a fine balancing act between sales and operations – one cannot succeed without the other – and the entire process is continuously in flux. That’s what makes Peloton and working with our clients so exciting. Here at Peloton, we are all very passionate about our rapid growth, being listed on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S., and staying ahead of market changes. At the same time, we ensure that our people and delivery processes always meet our and our clients’ high quality standards. In working closely with our clients, it is extremely rewarding to be able to give them the visibility and tools they need to manage this balance and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy life with my wife and three kids in the country north of Boston. My wife and I are actively involved in volunteer work at our children’s school and in our local community. We are also avid skiers, hikers, and travelers. Having lived and worked in numerous counties and originally being from The Netherlands, we truly value exposing our children to different cultures and environments. Music also plays a central role – I’m a passionate guitarist and frequently jam with the kids who play piano, guitar and drums, and at local venues.

I previously served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations at BirdDog Solutions. While there, I had the privilege of working with a passionate team that grew the business from a small startup to a company that has reached the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies seven years in a row. Prior to BirdDog, I led the marketing and vertical industry practices at AMR Research, a prominent IT and Supply Chain advisory firm that is currently a part of Gartner. I received my BA in Marketing and Finance from The Hague University in the Netherlands, and my MBA from Syracuse University.
