Hello! My name is Charles Hausmann and I run the Infrastructure, Performance and Installation practice within Peloton. My role is to help our clients better understand and effectively plan for the impact Oracle’s EPM/OBIEE applications will have on their existing technology landscape. Whether my team is first on the ground performing an installation or the last stop for a final tune-up before going live with a new application my team’s goal is to always “Achieve Optimal Performance”.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit. - AristotlePrior to joining Peloton, I served as Chief Technology Officer for VaultLogix where I was responsible for architecting and maintaining the infrastructure for one of the largest U.S. based online backup companies’ SaaS offerings. During my nine years at VaultLogix I was constantly reminded that there are no technology short-cuts to long-lasting performance and stability. Building a rock solid infrastructure requires a strategic approach to design, and a consistent year-after-year investment in technology. At the end of the day…you get what you plan for!
On a personal note, I grew up in Massachusetts – the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Patriots are the only teams that matter in my house when it comes to game day! I enjoy all four seasons so you will find me out and about no matter what the weather is, whether I am fishing, skiing, swimming, snowmobiling or hanging at the beach with my wife Jennifer and our four children.
I graduated from Providence College in Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science, and quickly gravitated to the technology side of my education where I have spent the last 20 years.
