A business is comprised of three main components: people, process and technology. The key to achieving a client’s goals and objectives is successfully combining the three through planning, applying practical design, and building foundational integrations. As a Senior Manager at Peloton, I am responsible for bringing these components together, leveraging a robust set of project management methodologies and imbedding them into all aspects of our project delivery across people, process, and technology.
For the past several years, I’ve focused on the management, design, and implementations of enterprise systems for organizations both in the United States and internationally. I enjoy working with clients to help them clearly identify and understand opportunities for process improvement. Providing clients with the ability to improve their processes and keep their organizations at the forefront of their market, above their competitors, is a challenge that keeps me engaged and motivated.
“To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.” – Winston Churchill To drive a successful process, you need to start with an elite group of motivated individuals who are working to achieve the same goal. The individuals I work with at Peloton inspire me every day. We have created a truly unique work environment which provides us with the ability to trust each other, engage in open and honest discussions, commit to our decisions, hold each other accountable, and focus on achieving results.
At Peloton, we strive to provide our clients with an exceptional project experience. We don’t just want to tell our clients what we can do for them; we want them to get involved and get their hands on the solutions! Our solutions are truly about the experience and we want our clients to interact with the software and the future-state solution throughout the project life-cycle to ensure that they know exactly what they are getting along the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am an aspiring food and wine enthusiast. I am always willing to try new restaurants and travel to new places. On the weekends you may find me relaxing on the beach with a good book or running trails in the Blue Hills of Massachusetts.
As for my educational background, I graduated cum laude from Bentley University where I received a Bachelor of Science in Management.
